The Summer Project is for 2 weeks. Full subscriptions only with no pro rata option.  We will not process payment until we receive confirmation of your garda vetting & training. Places are not taken until they are paid for.  We are sorry to be so blunt about this but the project doesn’t work unless we have enough trained/vetted supervisors.

Forms

Please be aware that this year you need to do new training (Children First).  Here are some questions about it:
I did the Tusla training a few years ago. Unfortunately its no longer valid.
I did the online training for last year:  This isn’t enough this year, it was a temporary measure until crosscare brought in their new training
I’ve supervised every year for the last few years, can you make an exception?  Unfortunately not, these are Crosscares rules, not ours.
Will they come to the youth  club?  Unfortunately not, they have been down to us 3 times for training and twice to take ID’s this year.  As they are very busy with summer projects at this time of year,  they cannot come to us at this stage. (we did ask)
Can I book my children in if I’m not trained/vetted?  If you are not trained, or vetted, your names will go on a waiting list and we will not accept payment until we get confirmation.  if you are having difficulties getting garda vetting please contact any member of the committee and we will try to assist you.
How do I get trained then?
Training will be Tuesday  30th of April in the Boylan Centre in Dun Laoghaire at 615pm.   please contact us at our email to book in.

Refund:

Full refund up to May 31, 2019.
